Delivery method

THELUXER.COM delivers to addresses in the United States; to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. Items cannot be shipped to a P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Subject to receipt by THELUXER.COM of the full payment, deliveries shall be made to the address provided at the time of placement of the order. The customer shall be responsible for checking the accuracy of this information prior to final confirmation of the order (in particular names, address, number, postal code, etc.). THELUXER.COM shall not be responsible for any mistake by the customer in the information provided at the time of the order confirmation. If information relating to recipients is incorrect, THELUXER.COM may not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver an order.

Where we deliver

THE LUXER is active in Italy, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, England and Spain. Deliveries will be made only in the country of origin of the order. Orders placed from the site of a country other than the origin, or to an address not accepted by our courier (PO box) will be automatically canceled.

Track your order

At the time of the shipment, of your order we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with a link that will allow you to follow the progress of your delivery. The courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and cannot make appointments. The courier will make three delivery attempts, leaving each time a notification in which you will find a number to contact them.
Orders not delivered will be returned to our warehouse. In case of failure to deliver our customer assistants will attempt to contact you to verify the shipping address and arrange a new delivery.
